\*\*\* This release of ABINIT is a production version \*\*\*

ABINIT v10.2.3 is the first release of v10.2. It features : porting to GPU of DFPT and Fock calculations (incl. hybrid functionals), interface to CC4S for coupled-cluster calculations, etc.
