# ABINIT v10.6.5 production release

With respect to ABINITv10.6.3 : decrease the size of the package, bug fixes for GPUs, for LOBPCG convergence, CRAY, ROCm and GCC@offload, etc …

ABINIT v10.6 features : Progresses in Dynamical Mean Field Theory (DMFT) including interfacing with TRIQS; Generalized Bloch theorem to study spin spirals; New convergence criterion, suited for non-collinear magnetism studies; Born contribution (“electron-phonon”) to the total energy (beyond the usual Born-Oppenheimer energy); Nuclear spin dipole coupling, indirect J coupling, control of ZORA Hamiltonian; ANADDB overhaul; Update of ABINIT to CODATA2022 version of the fundamental constants; Improvements for ARM-based systems, for GPUs ; Improvement of ABINIT build system, configure ; etc.
