ABINIT v10.8.3 is the first public release of v10.8.

ABINIT v10.8 features : Constrained Density Functional Perturbation Theory (Royo2026) ; GW Perturbation Theory ; New SCF preconditioners ; GPU (a paper, a tutorial + …) ; DFPT with 2D Coulomb cutoff ; etc.
